Dancing Figures (stainless steel), 2025 is a sculpture from the 'The Standing Series' by contemporary sculptor Charles Haynes. Made from the material stainless steel. This is a limited-edition sculpture and can be commissioned upon request for larger scale works.

The sculpture depicts four figures engaged in a rhythmic dance. Through its continuous, flowing lines and reflective surfaces, Dancing Figures evokes a joyful dialogue and an intimate connection between the forms.

A sense of defying gravity is key to the work, designed to appear as if it's delicately tipping, the sculpture captures a dynamic moment suspended in motion.

The piece holds special significance, rooted in one of CH’s earliest drawings. What began as a simple sketch evolved through numerous iterations, first brought to life as a plywood prototype. Collaborating closely with his foundry, CH transformed the concept into a refined stainless steel sculpture.

The sculpture’s highly polished mirrored surface is visually striking and technically complex. Achieving this flawless finish requires a meticulous, time-intensive process, reflecting the dedication and craftsmanship behind the piece.
